Congratulations to Wandana on earning a RITE Fellowship to conduct research with ! From Cincinnati to Hiroshima, she continues to push the boundaries of photochemistry—excited to see the discoveries ahead.

Congratulations to Dinindu Mendis on his dissertation defense!
The lab won’t be quite the same without him, our best ping pong player among many other talents, but we’re thrilled he is now in Kristin Hutchins’s lab, learning more about X-ray techniques. Wishing him continued success!

RITE Fellowship - Anindya Borah
I am grateful that Anindya has been awarded a RITE Fellowship to train with Professor Hannes Jónsson’s group at the University of Iceland, where he will undertake computational investigations aimed at advancing our understanding of the excited-state reactivity of organic azides.

Congratulations to Wandana & Dinindu! Both have received an ACS award for mentoring undergraduate and high school students.
Your dedication is making a real impact in training the next generation of scientists—well done!
